                                              January 6^th, 2025 Monthly Meeting Minutes

The Monthly Meeting of the LOUISIANA XII CHAPTER of the BLUE KNIGHTS INTERNATIONAL LAW ENFORCEMENT MOTORCYCLE CLUB was called to order on January 6^th, 2025 at 6:40 PM by chapter President Bruce Verrette.

Item #1: - Secretary’s Report

1A: Roll call (by sign in) found 5 members present, 5 spouses present and 1 child.

Item #2 - Treasurers Report

The Treasures Report was prepared and presented by Treasurer Pink Duckworth. As of October 7^th, 2024,                           The Regular Account Balance is:     $3158.07
Expense None at this time.
Deposits None at this time.
Balance                                               $3158.07

Item #3 -Vice President’s Report

3A- Our Next Monthly ride will be on February 1^st to Rocky and Carlo’s in Chalmette. We will meet at the Lakefront at 5 PM by Landry’s, Kickstands up shortly after.

Item #4 -President’s Report

4A -. President Verrette advised us that he opened up a Venmo account for our chapter to make it easier to collect our dues. The only downfall is they charge .84 per transaction on a commercial account. Please get your dues in A.S.A.P.
4B -President Verrette also advised us that Blue knight International is considering a change the Shield Magazine that we receive quarterly from four times a year to three times a year.

Item #5 -The Next Monthly Meeting

The next Monthly Meeting will be held on February 3^rd, 2025 at the Piccadilly Restaurant at 533 Lapalco Blvd Gretna, LA. Dinner will start at 6:PM and the meeting will start at 6:30 PM.

A motion was made to adjourn the meeting at 7:15 PM.
